I consult for Fransmart and its clients, which are all found on the company’s web site – www.fransmart.com under “Portfolio” tab. Fransmart has had clients that are no longer in the portfolio and they will continue acquiring new clients, and I will notify my readers in writing if I’ve had, have, or will have any affiliations. I also consult for my clients’ franchisees and partners as well.

I am a shareholder in Focal Point Financial and Insurance Services, Point B Capital Corporation, and I own a freshii franchise territory to build stores under the same name.

I have a financial interest in the above companies, I will have additions in the future (I am a serial entrepreneur), and I have had, currently have, and will have relations with other organizations in different capacities. All of these will be expressed with best efforts. I am human and will make mistakes and unintentional omissions, and would gladly accommodate any corrections or clarifications that are brought to my attention.
